I created this post with an admittedly photographic purpose in mind. The glass you see above was a little souvenir I received from our trip to Red Hook last fall. It has become a favorite out of all my sampling glasses and ever since seeing the new bottles from Red Hook, I have been meaning to pick up a six pack and do a shoot.
Overall, I was happy with how they came out; nothing too fancy, just kept it simple.
Of course I had to enjoy the beer while I was shooting it, as well as reading up on some Red Hook literature. Did you know this beer is loaded with hops? They dry hop throughout the whole fermentation process, giving the beer a very distinct aroma of pine and citrus. Its abv is 6.5% making this one of the most session-able IPA's I have ever come across - smooth, crisp and refreshing.
