I am just going to keep this short and sweet. Carton was the first craft brewery here in NJ to can up one of their flagships. Since it has been a success, the gang thought it would be great to can a few more of their tasty beers, and last week the deed was done. With the help of Iron Heart Canning and their mobile set up, Carton was able to can their staple, 077XX, an East Coast Double IPA that is a must try for any hop head.
Probably the greatest thing since sliced bread, is Monkey Chased The Weasel in cans. A tart Berliner Weiss with mulberry juice, that you can crush can after can, replenishing yourself with the vital nutrients that beer gives you on a hot day.
Which makes me wonder. If they are canning their small batches, what else does Augie have up his sleeve?
I don’t imagine these cans will make it far, so have your Carton cans three ways while supplies last, brewery opens today at 5pm sharp.
