With great ideas for new beers, a desire to experiment and wanting to continue along with their Bull puns, Variabull was born. The new series from Bolero Snort will focus on different styles and ingredients from batch to batch.
Batch 001 is a straight up IPA featuring all your favorite “C” hops and a dash of mosaic. Everyone makes IPAs these days right? Believe it or not, Bolero Snort has yet to make a straight up IPA until now.

The beer is fresh and the bottles started going out on Monday. It’s pretty damn good and one you’ll want to seek out if you are local enough to their distribution network. I am sure they will be updating their Facebook as they drop of cases around the state so stay tuned to that . With 600 bottles or so available, it probably won’t be making long on the shelves.
