Notes: I will say it time and time again. Saison has to be the best style to pair with your food. Enter Chestnut Saison from our friends at Smuttlabs. This french saison was the perfect pairing for moms turkey and all the sides that came with it this past Thursday. It was big enough to withstand the rich flavors of gravy and stuffing and didn’t over power the lighter flavors like sweet potatoes, green beans or creamed onions. It was just perfect.
