NOTES: I haven’t had much from Foundation but I did get my hands on this delicious, brett saison from them not long ago. Aged for over a year, it’s one of the best brett beers I have had. I almost regret not getting more as I would love to see the beer develop over time. They still have them at the brewery. Go get some and lay one or two down for the long haul. You won’t be disappointed.
