In the west village of Manhattan lies a group of restaurants that have a little slice of culinary inspiration from around the world. Happy Hospitality cooking or also known as, Little Wisco, has been serving up fine beer and food to the folks on Manhattan for six years. What started out as one restaurant has turned into six and is some of the best dining in the city.
A recent project with Carton Brewing, brought me to their establishments where I met managing partner, Luke Dirks. It was great to sit down with him and really get to know more about Little Wisco and their project with Carton Brewing.
