Notes: Another great beer from Transmitter. This was consumed on a rainy day at the beach while consuming an array of cheese and some tasty wings from the buffet at Acme. It went well with most things on the spread but the stand out pairing was the garlic herb goat cheese. Spread that on some bread with a slice of meat and you are good to go. This beer just continues to prove the theory that saison is the ultimate food companion.
Boyton does not like funky cheese or saison but he loves wings.
